Xbox Game Pass users can look forward to enjoying these brand new games that also includes a surprise release which wasn’t announced before by Microsoft.
Microsoft had shared an update on the games for the subscription service. It is getting a diverse range of games this year beginning with August 1st. Now the social media account for Xbox Game Pass has shared a new set of games that will be available on the service starting today.
- Jackbox Party Pack 2 (Xbox One)
- Space Hulk Tactics (PC)
- Where The Water Taste Likes Wine (PC)
There are two games for PC and one for the Xbox One. The surprise game announcement is Where The Water Tastes Like Wine as it wasn’t announced in the first batch of games revealed for the subscription service.

In addition to this, the following games have been announced and released so far for the month of August 2019.
- Ashes Cricket
- Pandemic
- Downwell
- Jackbox Party Pack 2
- Space Hulk Tactics
- Slay the Spire
- Where The Water Tastes Like Wine
- The Bards Tale Trilogy
- The Bards Tale 4 Director’s Cut
This is not the only update for the subscription service as Microsoft has the tendency to drip-feed new games and announcements throughout the month. They have done it in the previous month as well. We still don’t have any update on which games will be leaving Xbox Game Pass in August but that should also happen so along with an update next week.
