Sucker Punch has released Ghost of Tsushima update 1.04 today. Here’s what you need to know about the update that was released for PS4.
While Ghost of Tsushima is not out until July 17, Sucker Punch has released four different updates for the game so far. All of these have been related to fixing some bugs that are potentially affecting the game.

The new update for Ghost of Tsushima will patch it to version 1.04. It is available to download today and it is likely going to be launch update that players will download when they get it on launch.

The file size of all the updates combined seems to depend on the region of the game. It is the largest in Europe, where the file size is roughly 11.3 GB. It is around 8 GB in the USA, and 5.5 GB in Asia and Japan. This file size could be related to the multiple localization fixes that have been implemented for every region including Japan and Europe.

Ghost of Tsushima has a file size requirement of less than 50 GB. The actual file size was also confirmed as the preload for the game went live. It stood at roughly 31 GB but this doesn’t take into account any of the updates that have been released so far.
Sucker Punch has worked on Ghost of Tsushima after developing inFamous Second Son and First Light for the launch of the PS4. It has taken them roughly six years of development. The game has been reviewed by critics as the embargo lifted earlier today. It has received generally great reviews making it another amazing PS4 exclusive.
