An accessory for the upcoming Nintendo Switch successor, dubbed Switch 2, has apparently been leaked by accident ahead of an official announcement.
Gaming accessory manufacturer Satisfye has apparently leaked one of its forthcoming products for the Nintendo Switch 2. A trailer was put up by the company for the Zengrip 2, a grip attachment for Nintendo’s upcoming console. It offered a first look at the console via a blurred image of its silhouette.

As per the trailer for Satisfye’s Zengrip 2 attachment, the first look at the Nintendo Switch 2 can be seen below.
This isn’t the first time an alleged accessory for the Nintendo Switch 2 has been leaked. Previously, Chinese online retailer Alibaba had added store listings for multiple Nintendo Switch 2 accessories, revealing the unannounced console’s apparent logo in the process. These listings were for a carrying case and a screen protector.
The carrying case for the Nintendo Switch 2 is available in two colors, namely black and grey. It weighs in at 0.3 kg, and comes with storage space for game cartridges, joy-cons, and other accessories. It’s difficult to say whether the carrying case and the screen protector have been built with the actual Switch successor’s specifications in mind. Similarly, it’s tough to say whether the logo present on the carrying case is a mock up or an accurate representation of the actual Switch 2 logo.
Furthermore, recently, a user on Bilibili had shared alleged pictures of the new Nintendo Switch 2 joy-cons. The images show a view of the IR cameras, larger SL and SR buttons, and an extra button on the back that looks like a pedal. Earlier, alleged Nintendo Switch 2 prototype images had appeared on a file hosting site alongside a slide that detailed the upcoming console’s hardware specs. The pair of joy-cons seen in the prototype images appear similar to the original ones that come with the Nintendo Switch.
