Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Download File Size Is Modest, Comparison With Other From Software Games

by Ali Haider

From Software’s Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice file size has been revealed through the official Xbox One store, and it is pretty modest. The file size seems to be in line with other From Software games but smaller than Bloodborne.

The game has just received its launch trailer and the pre-loading might start from this week, but the game won’t be out until March 22. Activision has confirmed that there won’t be any early review copies given to the press, so there will be some wait before the reviews are out.

Now that the launch of the game is getting closer, the official download file size was updated on the Xbox Live store.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Download File Size

The download file size for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is listed on the Xbox Store. It is approximately 12.58 GB. Here’s how it compares to the past From Software game releases.

  • Dark Souls Remastered – 7.13 GB
  • Dark Souls 2 – 12.18 GB
  • Dark Souls III – 19.56 GB
  • Bloodborne – 27.19 GB

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice trophies and achievements have already leaked online. The game is confirmed to run at an unlocked framerate that caps out at 60 FPS on the PS4 Pro. It also supports the enhanced hardware of the Xbox One X, but apparently, the Xbox One store doesn’t seem to list any high-resolution 4K support so it can be locked to native 1080p just like the PS4 Pro, just with a better framerate average. It will be out on March 22, 2019, for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
