Ghostrunner developer One More Level has updated the game on PS4 fixing an issue with the PS4 Pro support. This is mentioned in the patch notes.
Ghostrunner faced some major issues at launch including visuals that made the game run at a super low resolution, especially on the PS4 Pro. This led to a pixelated look that didn’t mesh well with the overall aesthetics of the game.

The game also has some issues with the frame rate on both the PS4 and Xbox One, however, multiple updates have been released since its launch on October 27 that should have hopefully fixed some of the reported problems, or reduced their impact.
As seen in the image (via) above, the graphics could render at a low resolution which looked extremely bad on the screen. The new update that out now appears to mention a fix for the 4K resolution on PS4 Pro.
