Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Rated For PS5 and Xbox Series In Germany

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order has been rated for PS5 and Xbox Series consoles in Germany. This could suggest a current-generation release.

The Germany rating board has been updated with two new listings for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for PS5 and Xbox Series. There are a total of five different ratings for the game now. In addition to the rating of the PC, PS4, and Xbox One version, there is also a PS5 and Xbox Series version.

Earlier this year, EA had released an update for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order that bumped the frame rate on all current-generation platforms to 60 FPS. This also led to the resolution of the PS5 version upgrading to 1200p, which was an increase from the dynamic 1080p it was running on previously through the PS4 Pro backward compatibility mode.

In the case of the Xbox Series S, the game was still stuck at a dynamic 1080p resolution but with 60 FPS support, while the Xbox Series X version jumped to dynamic 4K at 60 FPS. EA might have plans to release a native version based on the recently rated PS5 and Xbox Series versions of the game.

Respawn Entertainment is currently working on a sequel to Jedi: Fallen Order in addition to a brand new IP. They also have a studio dedicated to working on Apex Legends which continues to get new seasons and post-launch content updates. It recently married for the Nintendo Switch.
