Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Fate of Atlantis Episode 3 Update Is Out

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has received update version 1.40 today that adds support for the upcoming Fate of Atlantis Episode 3 among other fixes.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s last paid DLC is called Fate of Atlantis. Ubisoft has released it in an episodic format and episode 3 is all set to arrive on July 16. It has already been included in the game as part of a new update.

The first episode of Fate of Atlantis was named Fields of Elysium while the second one was Torment of Hades. The last one is called Judgment of Atlantis and it has been included with the new update. The episode itself is scheduled to go live on July 16.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s new update doesn’t just implement support for the new DLC episode but also adds support for a new quest for Lost Tales of Greece. The patch notes mention several changes and fixes for the various gameplay modes including the newly added Story Creator mode. The update size is also massive as it is roughly 6 GB on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has continued to receive strong post-launch support from Ubisoft. They have released a major update almost every month beginning with the launch of the game in October and continuing it this year. They have released the two major DLC expansions in an episodic format and also delivered free quests in the game through updates.
