From Software’s next major project is Elden Ring which is one of the most anticipated games of the year. It is out on February 25, 2022. Ahead of the release of the game, we have some details on the file size and the day one patch notes for the game.
Elden Ring Update 1.01 Patch Notes
- Some features have been added.
- Improved the performance and usability of the game.
- Improved the balance of the game.
- Fixed some other bugs.
These patch notes are for the PS4 version of the game where the game has received an 8 GB patch. The file size of the PS5 version has been listed as 41.4 GB. It should be similar in size to the Xbox Series version.
If you are aiming to play Elden Ring on PC, you can take a look at the PC system requirements to get an idea. The game requires at least 12 GB of RAM at a minimum in addition to 60 GB of hard disk space.
Elden Ring will run at 4K and 60 FPS on the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. It will also get ray-tracing support with a patch that will be available after the launch of the game.
