Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Gets First Teaser

by Ali Haider

Respawn Entertainment who hit a new high with Apex Legends is releasing Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order later this year. EA has shared the first teaser for it.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is the first game from EA that is not a multiplayer-focused shooter like Star Wars Battlefront 2. It is a third-person action adventure game developed by Respawn Entertainment who are known for their work on Titanfall and Apex Legends.

The teaser doesn’t really show much aside from a logo and a broken lightsaber. It is too early to tell what kind of game it is going to be, and while there are rumors out there, nothing official has been shown for it including any possible gameplay footage.

Some of the development staff comes directly from God of War 3. The game director of God of War 3, Stigg Asmussen, is one of the developers working on this project since it was shown to the world in 2016. The development team carries a lot of experience in developing third-person action adventure games so this has the potential to end up as something truly special.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be shown at the Star Wars Celebrations later this week. You can see it at 1:30 pm CDT on the official EA Star Wars Twitch channel.
