Resident Evil 2 Remake is selling at a much faster rate than Resident Evil 7, as evident with the sales of the game on PC. It has now surpassed more than one million copies on PC which also makes it achieve this feat faster than Resident Evil 7, which was released in January 2017 and still hasn’t cracked one million sales on PC.

The biggest launch for Capcom so far seems to be Monster Hunter World which is absolutely gigantic next to Resident Evil 2 Remake. It has sold through more than five million copies on PC alone as per the estimates of SteamSpy. These estimates are usually closer to the official figure so it is safe to say that Monster Hunter World and Resident Evil 2 Remake have both done really well on Steam.
