Nintendo has confirmed the fourth challenge for Super Smash Bros Ultimate today. It was rumored to be Terry Bogard and his inclusion was confirmed with a reveal.
Terry Bogard was leaked ahead of his official announcement in Super Smash bros Ultimate. It was first discovered through a listing of the Challenger Pack 4 on the Nintendo eShop which had a trademark for SNK. This led to the speculation that one of the SNK Fighters will join the game as DLC.

It was later hinted that Terry Bogard is the character that will join the roster for Super Smash Bros Ultimate. This makes it the fourth DLC fighter. The first three are Joker from Persona 5, Hero from Dragon Quest, and Banji & Kazooie.
Nintendo has also announced that this is not the end of fighter pass. They will add more fighters to the game as DLC once the current one ends. Terry Bogard is expected to launch in Fall 2019 while the fifth and last DLC fighter will arrive at the end of February 2020.
In addition to all these new announcements, there was an update released today to add Banjo and Kazooie to the game. This is the third DLC fighter to join the game and the fourth one to release for it since the game launched back in December 2018. You can either get the fighter pass to unlock them or get the Challenger Pack 3 DLC.
